Mental Health Support for Athletes

Athletes are often overlooked when we think about mental health. There can be stigma around receiving support, especially in environments where athletes are already given many resources and are expected to be resilient or mentally tough.

But like anyone else, athletes experience their own internal struggles. Anxiety, pressure, perfectionism, and sadness are just a few. I work with athletes who find themselves carrying these feelings, often on their own.

In our work together, I care about understanding you as a whole person, not just as an athlete. Injury, changes in team dynamics, or retiring from a sport can deeply impact how you feel about yourself. I aim to create a trusting, supportive space where we can explore all of that at your pace.
