  • Therapy may seem daunting at first, but I am here to help you. You can schedule a free 15 minute consultation call to discuss your needs, ask questions, and chat to see if we are a good fit. You can also send me an email or give me a call.

  • I offer virtual therapy at this time for adults (18+). Sessions are held via a HIPPA secured therapy specific video platform.

  • Choosing to start therapy is a personal decision. I believe finding the right therapist matters, as does your own readiness to engage in the work.

    Therapy works best when it feels like a good fit and something you are choosing for yourself.

    What may feel different about working with me is my emphasis on curiosity while working towards solutions to facilitate change. I’m inquisitive, affirming, and warm, and I pay close attention to how you make sense of your experiences.

  • I am in-network with select insurance plans through Headway. Insurance eligibility and benefits are verified prior to starting care.

    I also offer private-pay sessions for those not in-network and can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement when applicable. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

  • Individual therapy sessions are 55 minutes if your insurance plan is in network. The price will depend on your plan.

    Individual therapy sessions are $150 for 45 minutes for clients who are using out of network benefits or private pay.

    This fee reflects the care, experience, and intention I bring to my work with each client.

    I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots based on availability and financial need.

  • You can expect a calm, supportive space that isn’t rigid or overly structured. I move at your pace and bring curiosity and collaboration into our work together. Sessions often include exploring relationships, patterns, and experiences that feel important to you.

  • Move Through It coaching combines movement and individualized support through running, walking, interval training, and track-based coaching sessions. Sessions are tailored to your goals, experience level, and comfort with movement.

    Move Through It is not mental health therapy nor a substitute for it.

  • Sessions currently take place outdoors at local tracks and running spaces in NYC, including Chelsea Park.

  • No. Coaching services are not available to current or former therapy clients.

  • Comfortable athletic clothing, sneakers, water, and anything else that helps you feel prepared to move comfortably!
